Previous Achievments:
I have advocated for sensitive personal data in the development of new action plans for job seekers. Result – Decisions that, starting at the end of the year, will provide job seekers with disabilities with action plans that have meaningful content, something that has been lacking until now.
I have led a working group consisting of lawyers, developers, UX designers, and experts in the effort to develop and illustrate a vision for job seekers’ action plans. Result – A new template that will provide job seekers, employment officers, and suppliers of contracted services with a more understandable and uniform action plan.
I have driven and investigated issues related to the identification of job seekers in connection with the Employment Agency’s work on cybersecurity. Result – The Employment Agency has changed its procedures regarding identification with Mobile BankID and follows the recommendations of the Swedish Agency for Digital Government.
Based on my knowledge of administrative law, I, along with two colleagues, have developed an action plan for the Employment Agency to work uniformly on improved application of administrative law.
In response to criticism from IAF (the Inspection for Unemployment Insurance) directed at the Employment Agency, I have developed an action plan that will be implemented and presented to IAF and the Ministry of Employment.
As a coordinator for Samhall at the Employment Agency, I analyzed a non-functional working method and implemented a new way of working. Result: From having a need for hiring and vacant positions, Samhall moved to having a waiting list and increased interest in the positions and more people entered meningsful employment.
